TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E799 OF 2021 By Paul Mwangi Gikiru, of P.O. Box 15433–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gikiru Mwangi, late of Free Hold, who died on 11th November, 2011. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2022 By (1) Josephine Wambui Macharia and (2) Alice Njoki Macharia, both of P.O. Box 270, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Mukuha, late of Njoro, wh died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 16th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Kuria Mwangi, (2) Joseph Thuo Mwangi and (3) Bethuel Richard Mwaura Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 163, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Mwangi Kariuki, late of Bahati, who died there on 9th February, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
