TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E530 OF 2021 By (1) Irene Njeri Mungai, (2) Jane Njambi Mungai, and (3) Newton Kuria Mungai, all of P.O. Box 310—00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Wanjiku Mungai, who died at Kanunga, Kiambu, on 13th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E647 OF 2021 By John Mburu Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 1833–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peris Wambui Kinyanjui, late of Kiambu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 24th November, 2005. CAUSE NO. E690 OF 2021 By (1) Samuel Kamau Thiong’o, (2) Jennifer Wangui Thing’o, (3) Sarah Gathoni Thiong’o and (4) Miriam Wanjiku Muiruri, all of P.O. Box 1006, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thiong’o Peninah Njeri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
