TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2022 By David Kamau Macharia, of Gilgil, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Macharia Kabera, who died at Gilgil Division, Nakuru, on 15th March, 1993. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2022 By Anna Wanjiru Thiga, of P.O. Box 22164-00100, Nairobi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Thiga Kuria, who died at KNH, on 28th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
