TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2021 By Justus Mwongela Ndemange, of P.O. Box 1–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndemange Kamuta Kyana, who died on 16th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2022 By Alice Taabu Wambua alias Alice Taavu Wambua, of P.O. Box 21, Kilala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Mbani Kasuvi, who died on 21st February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
