Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingao Lolo Nzau, who died at Ithumula, on 12th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2022 By (1) Patricia Ramji, (2) Ratina Ramji, (3) Veronica Ramji and (4) Marieta Ramji, all of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christina Nyamai Ramji, who died at Hola Hospital in Kenya, on 14th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2022 By Glen Makau Seke, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mbuu Muthengi Nzambu alias Mbuu Muthengi, who died at Kyondoni Sub-location, on 2nd May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
