E463 OF 2021 By Anna Mwikali Ngundo, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngundo Ikala, who died at Kitui, on 17th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E512 OF 2021 By (1) Charles Kivu Mwendwa and (2) Annacreta Mary Mwendwa, both of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwendwa Maithya, who died at Kitui, on 5th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2022 By Roda Masivu Lombo, of P.O. Box 34525–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasibu Lumbu Mutiathathi, who died at Ithumula, on 30th June, 2021.
