TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 506 OF 2020 By (1) James Karani Sunda and (2) Jason Nyaberi Getonto, both of P.O. Box 774−40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sunda Ocharo Bikeri, who died at at Amaribiria Botondo, on 20th June, 1988. CAUSE NO. 728 OF 2021 By Nyamao Erick Perminus, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamao Morimbori, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2022 By Mary Kwamboka Oganda, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oganda Makiya, who died at Bigege Sub-location, on 3rd December, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
