TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2020 By (1) Katana Mwatseka Hare and (2) Patrick Kingstone Kidewe, both of P.O. Box 381–80200, Malindi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mrs. Amina Hare, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 1991. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2021 By Katasaka Wanje Kamenzula, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkutano Wanje Kamenzula, who died on 9th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2021 By Victor Katana Ziro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dhahabu Mwangudu Mweni, who died on 21st August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
