TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2022 By (1) Victoria Wayua Ng’ele and (2) Virginia Nthunya Ng’ele, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milka Kanini Ngele alias Kanini Ngele Maliki, who died at Oldonyo Sabuk Nursing Home, on 4th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2022 By Lawrencia Wanjira Njeru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Elvis Muinamia, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
