TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2021 By Kenneth Lumuamu Musila, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Jalenga Musila alias Samson Musila Jalanga, who died at Walodeya Sub- location, on 27th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. 214 OF 2021 By (1) Dinah Kalegi Ondego and (2) Jackson Kidiavayi Ndoli, both of P.O. Box 628, Maragoli in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Levi Ndoli Adindivaha alias Lavi Ndori Adindibana, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 17th April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
