Box 42, Boro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyawaga Okech Walala alias Nyawaga Okech, who died at Ojwando ‘A’, on 27th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. E546 OF 2021 By Thomas Abienda Obonyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Obonyo Odongo, who died on 20th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. 548 OF 2021 By Paul Odongo Odima, of P.O. Box 206, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christina Nyawera Odima, who died at Randago, on 3rd November, 1999. CAUSE NO. 558 OF 2021 By (1) Fanuel Chacha Odhiambo, (2) Kennedy Okare Odongo and (3) Ayub Ramogi Odongo, all of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro odongo A. Okare alias Petro Odongo Okare, who died at Komolo, on 16th February, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
