TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2021 By (1) Paul Kibii Keitany and (2) Francis Kibiwott Keitany, both of P.O. Box 3705, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkaitany Kipyuk alias Chephaitany A. Kibiyok alias Chepkaitany Kipiyok Chesire, who died at Sergoit Sub-location, on 7th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2021 By Felix Kipchirchir, of P.O. Box 556–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Tanui Chebiego, who died at Sergoit Location, on 21st December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
