TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By Augustine Nyamari Mwancha, of P.O. Box 261–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Kerubo Mwancha, who died at Bonyansiaga, Kisii, on 9th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2022 By Richard Ondieki Mogesa, of P.O. Box 261–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogesa Kagora, who died at Etora Sub-location, Kisii, on 22nd December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
