TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By James Masya Mulandi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazarus Mulandi Lungya, who died at Kitandi Sub-location, on 27th February, 2003. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By Miriam Ndulu Munyao, of P.O. Box 45, Kola in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Mueni Munyao, late of Mukaa, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
