TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2022 By Esau Opiyo Ochido, of P.O. Box 9045, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Were Okumu, who died on 2nd April, 1987. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2022 By Ochindo Okumu Wegi, of P.O. Box 9045, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochido Okumu Wegi alias Joash Ochido, who died on 15th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
