CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2021 By (1) John Kiprop Koima and (2) Charles Cheruiyot Koima, both of P.O. Box 112, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipros arap Koima alias Kiproisi arap Koima, who died at E. R. D. H., on 8th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. 104 OF 2021 By Saul Kipkurui Kaiboi, of P.O. Box 125, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplomtuk Kogo alias Kiplumtuk Kogo, who died at Legetetwet, on 5th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2021 By Joseph Tanui Kipoiko, of P.O. Box 53, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui kiboiko, who died at Eldama Ravine, on 7th September, 1977. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2021 By (1) John Kimata Githendu and (2) Solomon Anthony Mbuthia, both of P.O. Box 18, Timboroa in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Njoki Mbuthia, who died at Timboroa, on 9th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
