TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2020 By Joseph Oroko Sarota, of P.O. Box 261–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christina Moraa Sarota, who died at Giasaiga, Kisii, on 8th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2020 By Robert Nyabuto Nyamao, of P.O. Box 261–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamao Ongwae, who died at Etora, Kisii, on 2nd September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
