TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 11th March, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2021 By (1) Moses Moyentet Kasaine, (2) James Mutero ole Topoti and (3) Kasienge ole Ndeseiya, all of P.O. Box 113, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lengoya ole Torinyo alias Lenkuya Torrinyo, who died at Rombo, on 16th March, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
