APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (a) of the
Pharmacy and Poisons Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and
Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint—
JAMES MANDERE ROGERS ATEBE (DR.) to be the Chairperson of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 25th March, 2022.
