APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (d) of the Privatization Act, 2005, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning appoints— Edward N. Kobuthi (Dr.), Irene Njeri Wanyoike, Celine Anyango Orata, Salah Adan Abdi, David J. O. Nyakang’o, Wellington Pakia Godo (Amb.), to be members of the Privatization Commission, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 25th November, 2021. Dated the 26th November, 2021.
