REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Magdalene Mbeneka Kivondo, of P.O. Box 40092, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold of all that piece of land containing 2.031 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 5025/164, situate in South Takaungu in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 56849/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
