THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Wanjiru Kimani alias Esther Wanjiku Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.1 and 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Dagoretti/Uthiru/832 and T. 523, respectively, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. 83 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joshua Ngure Kimani (ID/3103799), and whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier to the said Esther Wanjiru Kimani alias Esther Wanjiku Kimani (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue land title deeds to the said Joshua Ngure Kimani (ID/3103799), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued to the said Esther Wanjiru Kimani alias Esther Wanjiku Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
