GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3324

Whereas Jane Nyokabi Ngugi (ID/10484499), of P.O. Box 123 Naivasha in the Redpublic of Kenya, is registered as the proprietor of the piece of land containing 0.0604 hectare or thereabouts known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/12500 situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas it has been determined that according to the green card for this parcel, Jane Nyokabi Ngugi had transferred this parcel from the previous registered owner after he was deceased without following due process of application for succession at a court of law, and whereas an application of succession for the same parcel was filed at the High Court in Nairobi and the Certificate of Confirmation of Grant issued to one Elizabeth Njoki Githinji (ID/6378518), of P.O. Box 30148 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, Whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to issue the title deed to one Elizabeth Njoki Githinji (ID/6378518), in compliance to Succession Cause 570 of 2018 at the High Court in Nairobi and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Jane Nyokabi Ngugi shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
