THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Maina Mathu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.052 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok Salient/7418, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 71 of 2019, has issued letters of administration to Irene Wanjiru Gichohi (ID/10136607), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Joseph Maina Mathu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Joseph Maina Mathu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
