THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tiongoi Tapyotin (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kamobo/3535, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 85 of 2010, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Selina Chelagat Too, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue the land title deed to Selina Chelagat Too, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Tiongoi Tapyotin (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
