NOTICE is given that a petition for insolvency/ liquidation of the above-mentioned company, Olerai Nurseries Limited, a limited liability company with its registered offices situated along Moi South Lane, Plot No. 396/44/223 Naivasha and of P.O. Box 45201, by the High Court of Kenya, at Milimani Law Courts was on the 21st June, 2019 presented to the said Court by Olerai Nurseries Limited; care of LJA Associates LLP, 3rd Floor, Cavendish Block, 14, Riverside Drive, P.O. Box 49594–00100, Nairobi. That the said petition is directed to be mentioned before the High Court, Commercial and Admiralty Division sitting at Nairobi, Milimani Law Court, on the 23rd March, 2022, at 9 o’clock or soon thereafter and any other creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose making of an Order on the said petition may appear at the time of mention in person or by his Advocate for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
