REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicles registration Nos. KBP 471X, BMW and KBU 284Q, Volkswagen Touran, to collect the motor vehicles from the premises of Auctotronics Performance Garage, located at Upper Hill Road, behind City Bank within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage fees of five (5) years and seven (7) years, respectively at the rate of Ksh. 200 per day, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be disposed by way of public auction without further notice and the proceeds will be used in defraying the storage and other incidental charges or costs and any shortfall, if any, will be recovered from the owners through legal proceedings.
