REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration number KBP 629H, Toyota Wish, which is lying at our yard, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage charges including cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale will be defrayed against the accrued storage charges without any further reference to the owner.
