NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th September, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2565, in Volume DI, Folio 23/174, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Marya Wachira, of P.O. Box 17987– 00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Wambui Wachira, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Wambui Wachira and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Marya Wachira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Marya Wachira only.
