NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th October, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1920, in Volume DI, Folio 357/5463, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Abdinasir Mohamed Ibrahim, of P.O. Box 658, Isiolo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdinasir Mohamed Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdinasir Mohamed Ali and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdinasir Mohamed Ibrahim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by him assumed name Abdinasir Mohamed Ibrahim only.
