APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the Health appoints— Under subsection (d)— Paul Magutu Njaria (Dr.) Dorcas Wanjiru Ngechu (Dr.) Under subsection (e)— John Munguti Kisengi (Dr.) Miriam Wairimu Ndirangu (Dr.) Stephens Ogutu Oyaya (Dr.) Under subsection (g)— Diana Marion (Dr.) to be members of the Board of Directors of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 4th March, 2022.
