IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the National Health Insurance Fund Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the Health appoints— Under subsection (d)— Andrew Were Onyino (Dr.) Under subsection (f)— Albert Obed Njeru Under subsection (g)— Ben Wakhungu Silpah Owich Under subsection (h)— Dominic Ndegwah to be members of the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 25th March, 2022.
