TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 11th February, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2021 By Lily Nyambura Githiiyi, of P.O. Box 606–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Nothiah Githiiyi Muhoro alias Nothiah Githiiyi Muhoro (Major), who died at Defence Forces Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 30th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2021 By Andrew Thomas Fraser, of P.O. Box 900–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Maureen Elizabeth Barret, who died at Green Park Estate, on 9th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
