TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2020 By Jason Micheni Nyiri, of P.O. Box 3104–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of M’Nyeri M’Rimunya, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2021 By Catherine Wairimu Gichuki, of P.O. Box 8616–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangechi Gichuki, who died at P.C.E.A., Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
