TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 153 OF 2013 By Alfred Andika Kochwa, of P.O. Box 71, Lunza in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kochwa Andika, late of Bumamu, who died on 2nd October, 1992. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2021 By Jeremiah Okutu Oyalo, of P.O. Box 5, Lugari in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Willis Okutu, late of Lugari, who died on 14th January, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
