TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2021 By Julius Nzenge Kasombo, of P.O. Box 503–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Joyce Kavengi, who died at Mwingi Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
