TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2021 By (1) David Kipkemboi Bett, (2) Elkana Rutto Kimeli and (3) Fancy Rutto, all of P.O. Box 3882–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto arap Mugun, late of Chebarus, Moiben Location, who died there on 2nd August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By Wilfred Kibiwot Kemei, of P.O. Box 1719, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Chemweno & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemei arap Tiony, who died at Elgon View Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
