Box 1315, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kiprop Tiony, who died at Sarora, on 22nd October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Kimeli Keter, (2) Julius Kipkoech Tai and 93) Tai Nancy Cheruto, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Kipketer Tai alias Kipketer arap Tai alias Kipketer arap Tayi, who died at Songhor, Nandi Hills, on 2nd January, 2021.
