TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 11th February, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2021 By (1) Samuel Moragia Nyachae and (2) Josephine Kwamboka Ogeto, both of P. O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nyaboke Nyachae, who died on 30th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2021 By Mary Wambui Thiongo, of P. O. Box 437–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Thiong’o Gatete, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
