CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2022 By Gladys Muthoni Waruguru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Karuti, who died at Kanyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 24th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. 72 OF 2022 By Zakayo Okoth Wangige, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Wangige, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd January, 2014.
