TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E357 OF 2021 By Petro Onyango Patrick Midigo, of P.O. Box 105, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Patrick Midigo Ongodo alias Patrice Midigo, who died at Marera Sub-location, on 27th October, 1985. CAUSE NO. E790 OF 2021 By (1) John Ouko Onyango and (2) Dan Ochola Onyango, both of P.O. Box 1775–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Daudi Onyango Musa alias Daudi Onyango Musa Auma, who died on 28th February, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
