TAKE NOTICE that an applications having been made in this court in: 9:13 AM THE KENYA GAZETTE 11th February, 2022 630 630 CAUSE NO. E830 OF 2021 By (1) Judith Mmboga Sagini and (2) David Lukoko Mwanza, both of P.O. Box 7, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mwanza Lukoko, late of South Wanga, who died at Fountain Health Centre, on 26th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
