TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E696 OF 2021 By (1) Ruth Wanjiru Kariuki and (2) Titus Kariuki G. Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 2308–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Wambui Kariuki, late of Kiambu, who died at Vineyard Hospital in Kenya, 28th August, 2018. 9:13 AM THE KENYA GAZETTE 11th February, 2022 632 632 CAUSE NO. E697 OF 2021 By (1) Gladys Njoki Ndabi, (2) Stephen Ndichu Ndabi, (3) Simon Mbugua Ndabi and (4) Elizabeth Wanjiku Ndabi, all of P.O. Box 492– 01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ndabi Mugege, late of Kiambu, who died at Nairobi, on 10th September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
