Box 2364–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mbugua Mukundi alias James mbugua Mukundi alias Mbugua Macharia alias Mbugua Mukundi Macharia, late of Gatundu, who died at Kenyatta university Teaching, Refferral and research Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E513 OF 2021 By Samson Njenga Mburu, of P.O. Box 1109, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njoki Mburu alias Margaret Njoki, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 1st March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
