Box 1300–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kabengi Ngotho alias Mary Kebengi Ngotho, who died at Bondeni, on 22nd July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2021 By Anna Toroitich Yano, of P.O. Box 1, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yano Koimur, who died on 1st January, 2001. CAUSE NO. 175 OF 2021 By Fred Masika Nyukuri, of P.O. Box 305–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Nyukuri, who died on 18th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. 176 OF 2021 By Eunice Wanjiru Kamau, of P.O. Box 924–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamau Kimotho, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
