TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 137 OF 2021 By (1) Gromiko Kukubo, (2) Mary Mutenyo Kukubo and (3) Mary Nanjala Kukubo, all of P.O. Box 1257–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kukubo Wakwabubi, who died at Sinyerere Sub-location, on 1st November, 1993. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2022 By Anna Wanjiru Maigua, of P.O. Box 3394–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Kingori Maigua, who died on 17th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
