TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 576 OF 2021 By Elizabeth Naswa Oduge K’Oluande, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oluande Oduge K’Oduol, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2022 By Magret Atieno Otieno, of P.O. Box 143–40612, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jactone Otieno Ojwando, who died at Malunga East, on 9th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
