TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2019 By Isaiah Yator, of P.O. Box 76–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Yator Chemwetich, who died at Kapchepterit, on 20th December, 1998. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By Christine Kandie Cheboiwa, of P.O. Box 371–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, to for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Kandie Cheboiwa, who died at Kinyo, on 16th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
