CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2022 By Walter Barare, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Barare Onsongo, who died at Kisii Nyangena Hospital in Kemya, 21st April, 2020. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2022 By William Ogega Kenyatta, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenyatta Morias alias Kenyata Moriasi, who died at Boburia Sub-location, on 8th September, 1993. CAUSE NO. 29 OF 2022 By Jared Michieka Oyunge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maisiba Oyunge alias John Oyunge, who died at Bogitaa Sub-location, on 26th May, 2014.
