TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2021 By (1) Harrison Kazungu Kenga, (2) Jackson Kadhuwa Kenga and (3) Alice Zawadi Kenga, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kenga Mwanza, who died on 10th December, 2000. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2022 By Foxton Shida Mangi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mangi Mwanyule alias Mangi Mwanyule Baya, who died on 21st February, 2007. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2022 By Omar Mohamed Thoya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Omar Thoya, who died on 8th September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
